Tober Lofts Marketing Brochure

The Tober Lofts are located in the heart of the Loft District in St. Louis. Due to the property’s downtown location and proximity to a law school, marketing efforts target young professionals and university students.

I worked with the client to develop this promotional brochure which includes sample floor plans, a list of amenities, and a map locating the property in relation to major downtown sites. The overall look is an extension of the property’s new branding.
