Tober Lofts Branding

The Tober Lofts, a historic renovation project by Ebersoldt + Associates Architecture, is located in the heart of the Loft District in St. Louis.

The mark ties together two elements that can be found in the original decorative details of the Gothic Revival style building. The color palette ties in with the finish materials and colors used in the building’s rehab. Initial brand development includes a marketing brochure (image 3), interior and exterior building signage (image 4), and an exterior promotional banner (image 5).
