Lyon Apartments Branding

Lyon Apartments, located in south St. Louis, Missouri, is the result of a historic building renovation by Ebersoldt + Associates Architecture.

The mark is a stylized depiction of a turret feature of the building exterior. The color of the mark ties in with the dark brick used to construct the Tudor Revival school building and complements finish materials and colors used in the building’s rehab.

Initial brand development includes interior building signage (image 3) and promotional products (image 4). To create a unified brand identity for E+A, designs for this property and the Hawthorne School Apartments are intentionally similar.
